Avery Raquel
Hamilton native, contemporary soul/jazz artist, Avery Raquel, now 16, has garnered many awards and excelled on the music festival circuit, delivering winning performances across Canada, and into the United States, including the 2017 Newport Jazz Festival in Rhode Island.

She has graced stages in NYC, such as Birdland, as well as top venues across the province including Koerner Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, and many others.

Now, in collaboration with Juno-winning, noted Toronto producer, Greg Kavanagh, Avery has written accomplished new songs for her 2nd solo album, ‘Without A Little Rain’, released in April 2017, which debuted on iTunes RnB Top200 chart at #31.

The new album follows Avery’s 2016 nominated debut album ‘Life Lessons’, which featured fresh jazz-infused interpretations of pop songs from the ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s.

Avery continues to perform, and receive critical acclaim and airplay, with her innate musicality, powerful vocals and fresh songwriting.
